Product Overview

RR TRIUMPH MACHINED "ENGINE TEMP GAUGE", WHITE DIAL, FLUID FILLED, Made in Germany

The RR Motorsport Ries oil temperature gauge has been meticulously crafted in Germany since 1976.

This Triumph temp gauge is a go to for Triumph owners looking for a quality made temperature gauge. At VANEM we seek out the best parts, and therefore we have sold this product for many years. RR temperature gauges are internationally recognized as one of the best gauges available for reliability and precision. There are many imitations, but RR is the original!

Using your temperature gauge is a vital part of owning a vintage and modern motorcycle. Your engine needs to reach its optimal temperature to offer the best engine lubrication and exceeding safe limits can also be detrimental. To accurately read the engine oil temperature, the RR direct fit gauges offer readings from 0 degree's up to 140 degrees C.

Simply remove your oil level dip stick and screw in the new gauge. Dial alignment is adjustable, and the Oring is serviceable if you ever need to replace it.

Simple, reliable, robust and best of all stylish. Made in Germany to the highest standards.

+ Precision Design: The housing is CNC machined from high-quality materials and features a knurled edge, providing both a secure grip and a premium aesthetic.
+ Accurate Reading: The gauge measures precise oil temperatures within the critical range of 0–140°C, ensuring you have accurate data with an impressive accuracy of (+/- 1%).
+ Needle Stability: The dial is fluid-filled, which effectively helps keep the needle stable, even under vibrations. This feature also prevents misting, which is particularly useful in wet or rainy conditions and during outside temperature fluctuations, ensuring clear readings at all times.

NOTE,
1. When attached to the bike the dial direction may tilt or face in the wrong direction (depending on the bike).
2. To adjust, read supplied instructions and care instruction sheet
3. Warm up the bike (so gauge is warm)
4. Once at operating temperature gently rotate the dial/face part to the desired position within the alloy housing
5. Re fit to the bike and screw in as normal, check dial is aligned correctly (or in direction you desire)
Fit to bike - enjoy.

ATTENTION:
-> When handling the temp gauge (whilst hot) take care! Hot oil can cause burns.
-> Always wear gloves to protect your hands, also use suitable protection for your bikes fuel tank to avoid oil drips on your paint work.
-> Take great care to NOT drop the temp gauge, it has a sensitive temp probe. If it lands on the probe, it can cause damage, and the gauge may malfunction or be damaged.
