FORK CO. W400/650/800 CAST ALLOY BEVEL GEAR COVER - "BLACK", 7101-01"
The classic Kawasaki W1SA and W3 engine cover is widely admired and known as one of the most attractive looking engines to ever be built by Kawasaki. FORK CO. Ltd have recreated the iconic W style using the W logo and line on the bevel gear cover. The covers fins that match with the cylinder head fins create a seamless and natural appearance. The cover is made from high-quality alloy and sand cast by craftsman who hand-finish each piece with care and precision.
The Black version is especially stunning on the black engine W800. By deliberately leaving the cast surface's unevenness in the logo area and adding black to both the logo and lines, along with a hairline finish on the raised areas, Fork Co. have emphasized a true classic aesthetic.
The cover is a favorite for customizing the W650 & W800 or for adding some vintage flair to your classic bike style. And you can install the cover in minutes with basic tools and *without losing any oil.

Note:
1. Supplied guides cover both the early model (99-2016) W400/W650/W800 and also a separate guide covers the 2019 onwards model!
2. Main bolts are note included, please reuse your original ones and adhere to the torque setting shown in your workshop manual. (*2019 see installation notes below).

NOTES FOR W800 2019 ONWARDS:
The W800, Café & Street built from 2019 onwards have a different round shape bevel gear cover, that means the heat shield mat is different and can't be easily transferred from your old cover (as the Fork Co cover is based on the original W series covers). Therefore, for owners with a 2019 ~ model you need some optional small parts as listed below.
+ Pin, (x1), Kawasaki genuine part no. 92043-1606.
+ Heat shield mat, (x1), Kawasaki genuine part no. 53004-1124.
+ Socket head bolts, (x2), M5x14 - Kawasaki genuine part no. 92151-1581.
+ Plastic washers, (x 2), Kawasaki genuine part no. 92022-1023
If required, for your convenience we offer these small parts as an optional kit. The kit is sold separately in our store, please see part number - 7101-OP 1.
ATTENTION:
These extra small parts are only for the 2019 onwards model. All older (pre-2019) W800, W650 and W400 do not require the kit.
