SR400FI SEAT INSTALLATION KIT - SR400FI (12/09 ~ 17) - 75652
The DAYTONA FI seat fit kit is an all-in-one kit used to adapt seats manufactured to fit carburettor models (78~2008) to injected models (10~17). The process lowers the factory (SR400 injected) battery and re-aligns the front seat H rubbers so as to accept the FI seat specification. This kit has been tried and tested with DAYTONA seats such as the custom (DAYTONA "COZY" seats 41109 etc.) and with all Nitroheads SR400/500 seats. Also commonly used with many other brands of seats such as POSH, Peyton Place etc.
INCLUDED:
-> Battery lowering panel (steel / black)
-> Seat H rubber re-alignment kit - (machined eccentric spacers).
-> Hardware to install the above
-> Foam sheet (to insulate the battery etc.)
-> Instructions: English and Japanese (English instructions are prepared by us, they will not be included when buying elsewhere!)
NOTE: We can't confirm all brands of seats that have been used with this kit, but as a general rule the kit tends to work with most carburetor (SR) type seats being installed to FI models. For third party seats (unconfirmed) slight adjustments may be needed if seat is other than DAYTONA, Nitroheads or *(Nitroheads copies/knock off's).
