The DAYTONA "polished stainless front fender" is one our top selling parts, crafted from highly polished stainless steel allows for continued use for many years. Although the main image may appear - (dull due to the challenge of photographing polished items), be assured the finish is indeed polished. This fender is a popular choice for Cafe Racers, Custom builds, and Street Trackers. Use polished as sold, paint or powder coat, the choice is yours!
This iconic classic SR part has been a long-standing favourite in our store (for 20 years +) and is a preferred choice among SR builders in Japan and abroad due to its high quality and favourable price point. Instantly recognisable on high quality SR400/500 custom builds and garage builder's bikes alike! Featuring sturdy 3mm thick stays for superior strength and stability between the forks, setting it apart from similar copycat products and ("light weight imitations sold elsewhere").
The elongated mounting holes allow for vertical adjustment, accommodating a wide range of tire sizes, including 18-inch and 19-inch wheels. It can fit tires up to 4.00 x 18 (e.g., Firestone and Coker) and looks great with OEM and vintage tires.

*Extra wide tires (such as K180 120 / 90-18, 130 / 80-18, etc.) cannot be used as they may hit the fender. However, you can often adjust the height for clearance.
