SR400/500 ('78~2018) FOOTREST DAMPER SET - FIRM, 840130-M
The CF POSH "Foot peg dampers" are made with harder urethane rubber to offer better support of the foot pegs. Harder urethane dampers reduce some of the unwanted movement / flex that is often noticed with the softer factory rubbers. Often solid alloy bushes are made and used as a replacement on the SR400/500-foot peg rubbers to overcome this movement problem, however solid bushes don't offer any damping properties, so vibrations are then transmitted through the rider, making longer rides uncomfortable. Using these harder urethane rubber eliminates a lot of the unwanted movement at the foot while still retaining some comfort and anti-vibration properties. Simply attach to the “footrest hole” of the factory SR400/500 frame.
