POSH SR400/500 (78~'2017), and XT500/TT500 - Tachometer Gear Blanking Cap - 010074-03.
When the tachometer (and tacho cable) are removed when using a speedo only, or when fitting electrical gauges (such as DAYTONA VELONA Tachometer), this cap is used to blank off the tachometer gear hole at the engine cam cover - (where the tachometer gear cable would normally fit). Machined from aluminum. Made in Japan to ensure quality. We will add an O-ring when purchasing (not shown in the image).
Note:
- The normal SR tachometer cable O-ring fits this part.
- The cable circlip is re used to hold the cap in place.
