POSH SR400 (00~08) & (10~19) LONG CLUTCH CABLE, +100mm, 010111-C1.
The POSH +100mm LONG CLUTCH cable suits the SR400 (78~08) SR500 (78~99) & the FI model built between (10~18) with custom (non-genuine) bars, Tracker bars, Scrambler bars. Length shown is +100mm as per the Y/M shown above. However, the long length clutch cable is also often used with standard / factory bars (on the early SR500 78~82 with factory "wide bar") as an OEM replacement.
DETAILS: Cable outer is black, inner wire is stainless. Made in Japan. All POSH cables use stainless wires for longevity and use factory correct end fittings. Ease of fitment is ensured and is the same process as changing a genuine cable. As the original cable is not long enough for certain handlebars, when changing on the SR400 (00~08) & (10~19) - use this cable to enable use of a wider range of bars.
NOTE: Cables should be lubed at time of fitment. Fitting should be carried out by a qualified experienced mechanic's as per the factory workshop manual. Cables should always be tested before use on road to ensure the return function is uninhibited and cables have correctly adjusted free play.
