The Nitroheads chromed head pipe is made with an inner (double) wall through the first section of the pipe (approx. 15cm) to maintain performance (similar to the factory double wall pipe). However, the head pipe then opens to a 45mm (OD) for the remainder of the pipe. Constructed of steel and finished in chrome. End of the pipe has a slight kick out which works well on custom builds and allows for fitment of a range of silencers.
NOTE: Does not suit factory mufflers. Fit with your own custom muffler or suitable Nitroheads muffler. Images show a muffler (from Nitroheads). This sale is only for the head pipe, muffler not included.

Nitroheads is a brand name of Easyriders Japan. Easyriders Japan / Nitroheads were an iconic brand name for customizers in Tokyo Japan for many decades. Famous for their custom seats during what was known as the boom time for custom bikes in Japan. Nitroheads specialized in Street bike parts for the SR400/500, W650, TW200/225, Dragstar (vstar) and of course Harley Davidson products. Sadly, after several decades Easyriders Japan closed their doors during COVID due to supply chain issues. VANEM sold Nitrohaeds parts from way back as early as 2004 right up until they closed and until stock runs out!.
