DAYTONA, HONDA GB350, GB350S, GB350C “EASY POWER PLUG-IN HARNESS”, 25664
The Daytona 25664 GB350, GB350S & GB350C accessories “power take-out harness” makes providing power to smartphones, navigation systems, and other accessories an easy task. This version of the accessories power harness plugs into the existing Honda acc. power harness found within the headlight. This means you can add two acc. to the easily accessible power take of in the light case.
In short, the harness is ideal for riders who frequently use electronic devices on the road, such as GPS units, USB chargers or action cameras, ensuring your gadgets remain charged without the need for complex wiring. Also, if you are already using the Honda headlight acc. power wires, you can add this set to give you a second power take out for parts such as the Daytona Tachometer or also add the 25617 harnesses (applicable models only) to give you three power harness connections.
The harness connects easily via the existing Honda acc. pwr factory harness and switches on or off with the ignition key, cutting power when the key is off.

-> Regarding motorcycle-specific USB power supplies: The Daytona slim USB 2 port kits are compatible with the harness as it has a (5V 4.8A) rating. Similar Daytona USB kits (and others) such as 87237 (DC12v / 2.1A output) are also ok.
Example: The Daytona USB power supplies typically have an output of (5v / 4.8A), so they can be used because the USB unit converts the input 12v to the correct output rating. However, do NOT use a USB unit (as an example) that requires an input greater than 12v / 3A or more!

Q: Can I mount this harness with basic hand tools?
A: Yes, the kit is designed for easy installation, so basic tools only are required. Wiring is straight forward, (plug and play) so it is considered an easy-to-use part.
Q: Are there dedicated wiring diagrams / images and instructions included?
A: Yes, there are English and Japanese instructions included for the GB350. The English instructions we include are only available from VANEM, so be aware of that before purchasing elsewhere.
*The English guide is only available within the kit from VANEM. We do not offer it individually.
ATTENTION:
1. Depending on the type of power supply for your bike, you may need to change the connection part to a connector. However, this kit is made to fit the GB350 as listed.
2. Please make sure you check the specifications of the electrical components to be installed and ensure the rating is suitable for use with this product.
3. Wiring may need to be modified depending on the vehicle or electrical add on part (we sell CA/CB103 connectors if needed).
4. The standard bullet type connector is the CA / CB103 type (from factory).
5. There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons from time to time, however usage will not be affected.
