The replacement HD throttle tube (sleeve) 94939 with an open end is made for HARLEY-DAVIDSON models with dual throttle cables and for bikes built between 1996 and 2007. The genuine and ribbed type throttle sleeve has a flat end making it easy to install aftermarket grips. The flat type of tube eliminates obstructions and allows for easy grip replacement. Use for genuine replacement or repairs.
