DAYTONA Z900RS ENGINE PROTECTOR SET, 97577, (BLACK). Compatible models: Z900RS/CAFÉ (18-20)
The integrated resin pad and aluminum base structure ensures sufficient strength in the event of minor fall overs. The protector dispels the impact of a fall and minimizes fatal engine / bike damage such as damage to the radiator, cracking of the crankcase etc. This is a kit designed to be bolted on and is model specific.
Features of this product:
- Molded black resin body and aluminum base.
- Can help reduce damage in the event of a fall.
- Bolt-on design that is tightened together with the engine mount bolt.
- Can be used with other forms of protection such as engine pipe guards - (as long as mounting points do not clash).
Attention:
- Due to the layout of the Z900RS body, this product is most effective in reducing damage to the radiator and frame in the event of a minor fall.
- In the event of a minor fall this product is intended only to reduce / help reduce impact damage to part of the engine and vehicle body by sliding on the resin protector.
- If the force from the impact from a fall is substantial there is still risk of damage to the engine, exhaust / body etc.
- Use does not guarantee complete protection of the vehicle body from scratches during a fall (eg: turn signal breakage, broken cowls, etc.)
