DAYTONA VINTAGE CEV STYLE HEADLIGHT, H4, CHROMED, 86907
The DAYTONA vintage CEV style headlight is perfect for Classic bikes, Custom builds and is ideal for customizing models such as the SR400/500, W650/800, various Triumph modern customs, and Honda café racer builds such as the CB750, CB550 etc., just to name a few. The light can also be used for restoration of older bikes where the original CEV light is no longer available.
The headlight case and rim are finished in Chrome. The housing and rim are steel. The light has a Japanese made 5.75-inch glass Koito lens, with a H4 60/55W 12v bulb. The top of the light has a gauge hole for a 60mm gauge to house a Speedo, Tacho or another instrument if you are creative. This light is another long-time selling product that has been popular for many years!

- 5, 3/4 Inch lens, with H4 bulb (12V, 60/55W) included.
- Metal housing and Rim
- Chrome body / Chrome rim
- Side mount, fit with the use of separate headlight brackets.
- Two spacers (t = 10mm) and Two bolts (8 x 1.25mm) included.
- Top hole to mount a 60 mm diameter Speedometer, Tachometer or other.

Notes:
- When fitting to the SR400/500, the genuine headlight stays are not recommended.
- It is recommended to replace the factory headlight stays with a long type of headlight stay.
- Refer to the headlight dimension image and installation notes.
- No park light bulb is fitted to this light.
- LHS of road version is DOT marked (not E marked).
- RHS of road available by special order (#86903 = RHS of road)
- Since it is a general-purpose product, it may be necessary to enlarge the hole for the harness.
Optional parts:
- VELONA electrical gauges (suits 60mm versions only), see our 60mm electrical gauge section.
- Mechanical gauges (60mm) with NO trip knob, *ask for correct options to suit this light.
- 86982, U bracket to fit / hold VELONA gauges into the light.
- 86983, U bracket for mechanical gauges (53mm body height).
- 87047, Toggle switch (bar mounted) - to scroll the LCD screen when electrical gauges are used.
- Side mount headlight stays (various) - see our headlight bracket selections (recommended - LONG type)
- SR400/500 Speedo only, use the Tacho Blanking plug in our gauge accessories to blank off Tacho cable hole.
