NEW - DAYTONA "THROTTLE KIT", WITH CABLES, BLACK, 22.2mm (7/8"), 81750
The new Daytona "Throttle Kit" is now available. Featuring a black cast alloy housing and multiple cable reel options in three sizes, this versatile kit is compatible with a wide range of motorcycle models. Each kit includes a 900mm cable set, throttle housing, reels, and a throttle tube. The included throttle tube is designed without ribs, eliminating the need for shaving when installing custom or heated grips. For added convenience, the 125mm inner tube is marked with cut lines at 110mm, 115mm, and 120mm to simplify trimming for your specific grip length.
This kit is an ideal solution for those replacing handlebar switches or customizing grips etc. When paired with the Daytona EZ relay and Daytona 3-button alloy switches, the throttle housing provides a matching aesthetic as the diameters are perfectly sized to align.

CABLES: The cables have multiple adjustment points. The 120mm and 100mm spec shown in the spec image can be adjusted +/-. Take into account the reel size used, & mid adjuster and cable end adjuster. See instruction images to see the three adjustment points.
NOTES:
+ Since it is a general-purpose product, there are some bike models that cannot be installed due to differences in cable winding angle and hole size and or cable length (inner and outer). Always check the image and specs above before purchase.
+ Use your factory workshop manual & supplied instructions to fit to your bike
+ The kit is supplied with 900mm cables, check suitability carefully (see spec image for details).
+ Trimming of the throttle tube may be required depending on the bike model and grip type used.
+ This is a general-purpose product. Please measure the factory throttle sleeve in use and select a throttle wire take-up diameter and length close to that of the factory OEM sleeve.
+ Clearance and throttle position may differ from the stock in some models.
+ We recommend applying a small amount of grease to the outer circumference of the handlebar to eliminate contact noise with the handlebar when idling or to improve throttle operation.
+ There is no grip rotation stop. When installing, please use a suitable grip bond / glue (sold separately) or “safety wire” the grips to securely fasten.
+ The diameter of the windings may be different from the stock windings, check if the supplied reels suit your application or performance carb conversion etc.
ATTENTION:
1. Heated Grips wiring may need to face a certain position for wiring. Always check prior to fitment.
2. Always check the position of the heated grip wiring before riding to ensure fitment is correct and wiring is not obstructed.
3. We will not be responsible for issues or accidents caused by a bad grip glue adhesion, wiring defects, or re-checking the position of the grip.
4. Always use quality grip glue suitable for the type of grips you are fitting. Heated grips may require special glue. Some grips may require low solvent glue (check grips selected).
