DAYTONA SR400 (8/88-00) & SR500 (8/88~99) SHORT CABLE SET - (-100mm), #61395.
The DAYTONA SR400/500 SHORT CABLE SET, (-100mm) is a pre selected set of cables (KIT) designed for use with the SR400 (8/88-00) & SR500 (8/88~99) using the factory front drum brake, converted to clip on bar specification or low clubman bars. When changing to clip on bars the factory cables are too long which ruins the atmosphere of the conversion and can look unsightly due to excessive cable overhang. Also, the function can be compromised with incorrectly fitting cables. Improved routing is possible with short cables, and operation is improved without worries of kinks or over hanging cables.
Cables (short type) can also be used with some narrow drag bars or on bikes with dropped front suspension (lowered). Throttle cables suit the factory 88~00 CV carbie. Brake cable suits the factory SR front drum brake. All cables are made in Japan to the highest standards. The inner wires are stainless, outer casing is black.

+ Clip on bars change the handling of the bike and rider position, you should always become familiar with the new position and handling of your bike before use on public roads.
+ Customization requires a high level of skill if you are not experienced, you should ask a licensed mechanic to do the job.
+ Laws differ from state to state and from country to country, always check changes are permissible in your area.
