SR400/500 STAINLESS SHORT REAR FENDER KIT, W/BRACKETS, BOLTS ETC. MADE IN JAPAN-45218
The DAYTONA "short rear fender" (without taillight) is made of stainless steel and sold with a polished finish. The fender width is 125mm which offers ample coverage, and as the fender is styled to be suitable for custom and classic styled builds its use is very versatile no matter the bike you are building or enhancing!
In terms of length, 45218 is longer than the extra short fender (45219) which makes its use with a wide range of seats possible as you have more clearance to the taillight (ideal when using longer seats). Whilst this fender is predrilled and ready for the Daytona taillights - (and is the same length as the fender used in the 39147 kits which has a cast alloy taillight), this fender kit is sold without a taillight which allows you to select the taillight that you like.
This kit and the Daytona short fenders we offer are long-time selling dedicated SR400/500 parts that have been in our store for 20+ years, making them the choice of many SR400, SR500 professional custom builders locally and in Japan, as well as home garage builders everywhere!
Fitted with steel (chromed) fender brackets to ensure strength is maintained and supplied with all of the hardware needed to install, this fender will bolt onto the factory frame attachments points for a no fuss fit up using basic hand tools. Even if you are new to bike customisation or maintenance, you can enjoy getting this kit fitted without complications.

NOTE:
1. If used for universal use (non-SR) it requires adaption / processing to suit your model - (as this is kit made for the SR400/500 as detailed above)
2. Suits use with a range of seats but always check your seat length to ensure correct clearances.
3. If you need to add the rear taillight, check taillights that are a perfect bolt on match.
4. We carry spare parts in case of mishaps, accidents or lost parts!
