DAYTONA POLISHED STAINLESS ROUND FENDER BLANK, 125MM, 93893 - (*87466)
The DAYTONA "Stainless Steel" polished rear fender is an ideal base for use on your next custom project. The fenders shape is rounded over the arch, so in terms of custom styling or use on vintage projects it doesn’t disappoint. The quality is excellent with no distortion or kinks. It is made in the same jig as the popular stainless fenders that we offer for the SR & W650. In short, it’s simply made right and finished off how it should be!
If the fender suits your size requirement, don’t waste time having a one-off fender made by a fabricator for double the cost. Get building quickly using this quality Japanese made fender blank, position it where you like and mount your own brackets as needed, simple!
Suits: Ideal for use with 18 & 19-inch wheels, but also commonly used with 16 & 17 inch (*depending on tyre size etc.).

Fit up:
Being a semi-universal product and available to a wide range of bike models, the fender will require processing, drilling and brackets fitted to suit your needs (depending on the bike model and taillight use etc. etc.). Fender blanks gives you the freedom to create your custom how you like as you can position and mount the fender just the way you imagined.
Some fabricators & bike builders we supply this fender, will cut it in half and use as a short rear fender and shape the other side and use at the front just as an example - (when wheel sizes suit). Or of course you can simply use it as the full length as sold, the choice is yours to create as you like.
*If fitting to the rear of an SR400/500, also consider using the SR fender bracket set we sell. Unlike the bolt on SR fender kits, this fender isn’t drilled, so you can position how you want and fit any suitable third-party taillight.
Taillight recommendation:
Since the 93893 stainless fender has the same radius shape (over the arch) as the front & rear stainless-steel fenders we sell for the SR400/500 and W650/800, you can utilise the Daytona stainless tail lamp kits (45139/45140) or the cast alloy LUCAS style taillight 93020 - (as the base radius matches). Or simply use with your own taillight (or none) to customise your way!

The Daytona D TAIL mini-LED E marked taillight (#80930), is very simply to fit. See example images above showing the D TAIL LED mini taillight fitted to this fender on an SR400. *Second image (Black bike) shows the W650 rear fender kit fitted with the 93020, the W650 bolt on kit uses the same fender jig used for this fender blank, so you can achieve this custom style and look on any similar bike by using the fender blank sold here in this listing!

We sell a rear frame loop to suit SR’s / XS frames (or similar models). Also consider using the rear frame loop and weld on parts we offer to make you customisation easily and quickly achievable.
