DAYTONA/NISSIN "REPAIR KIT" FOR HORIZONTAL "CLUTCH" M/C, 14MM, 27812
The Daytona / Nissin 14mm "Repair Kit" is for overhaul of Daytona (NISSIN) Horizontal type "CLUTCH" Master Cylinder. The complete kit is a convenient solution for repairs and overhaul of your old master cylinder.

-> Primary Cup seal x 1
-> Secondary Cup seal x 1 + O-Ring × 1
-> Boot x 1
-> Spring x 1
-> Circlip x 1
Note: Recommended for use with DAYTONA / NISSIN horizontal "clutch master cylinders" only. Not for brake! For brake M/C kits see the brake repair parts section.
ATTENTION:
+ Dot5 brake fluid is not suitable for use with this MC repair kit or DAYTONA/NISSIN Horizontal master cylinders. Do not use Dot5 (BF5) silicon-based brake fluids.
+ Bleeding, in some cases, bleeding may be difficult after repair due to *not only the condition of the master cylinder *but also the condition of related clutch parts.
+ Maintenance on the clutch slave cylinder side may also be required. Check your slave cylinder also.
+ Always use your factory workshop manual for instructions on repairing your Nissin Master cylinder.
+ It is essential to bleed air from related parts for proper operation, so please take the time to perform the task reliably.
+ Always use new gaskets (washers) when fitting the clutch hydraulic line to the master cylinder.
+ Always ensure the banjo bolt used is compatible with the master cylinder thread, depth and the line fittings size.
CAUTION:
+ The clutch system will require bleeding before use, as outlined above, bleeding of the system should only be carried out by qualified mechanics.
+ Always ensure the Master cylinder repair kit size is correct for your application.
