DAYTONA AERO VISOR, 67573 (SMOKED / TINTED).
The popular Daytona Aero Visor is available in this clear version. The Aero Visor is a smaller version of the Blast Barrier, it can be installed on custom builds, used as a gauge cover or simply to add wind protection. It can be fitted on bike specific stays (sold separately) or make your own stays and fit as you like on your bike model. Features:
- Minimal size so can used without major alterations to the styling of your bike.
- Made in Japan to ensure quality, of polycarbonate (2mm thick) material that is resistant to scratches and stretching
- The screen is available in two colours: clear and smoked, this sale is for the SMOKED / TINTED version
- The screen is sold individually, and the installation stay sets are sold separately.
- Length 240mm x width 225mm (from the top of the headlight cut-out to the top of the visor is approximately 185mm).
This product is also recommended for customers who have already installed Daytona visors (Blast Barrier or Aero Visor) listed in the compatibility chart. The visor can be replaced by purchasing only the visor itself, without changing the installation stay. So, you can use the Aero visor, or add a Blast Barrier if touring and needing more protection for longer rides. This is also a good solution if you ever break the visor in a fall (rather than having to buy a full kit with stays)

Notes:
If the screen is installed after the stay is fixed to the motorcycle, it may be difficult to fit and that may stress the visor. Please temporarily fasten the screen to the stay and install it in a way that means the force to the visor is limited. Do not stress the visor or bend unnecessarily. When tightening the screen and stay, be careful not to over-tighten, otherwise the screen may be damaged. Do not use a water repellent that contains solvents in its ingredients, as this may cause cracking. Also take care to not use cleaning products that have chemicals that can damage the visor and avoid abrasive cleaning products and applicators (don't remove bugs with a scotch brite type pad, clean off with detergent, warm water and a soft cloth!).
About the colour of the visor:
The aero visor is made of 2mm thick polycarbonate, and the blast barrier is made of 3mm thick polycarbonate. The screen colour is the same, however, the colour of the Blast Barrier will be darker due to the difference in thickness.
