Thank you very much again for your continued support this year.

Regarding the end of year business hours and New Year holidays (2022 to 2023).

• We will finish work at the end of day on the 24th of December for the Christmas break.
• We will be closed from Saturday the 24th through until Monday the 9th of January
• We will then resume work on Tuesday the 10th of January 2023

Our website will remain open for ordering through this period, and we will ship all received orders as soon as possible once we resume work. Please allow for a day or two for us to clear the back orders that build up over this time. Any enquiries made over this holiday season during our days off will be answered once we resume work.

*Note: there will be days (yet to be decided) where we are doing warehouse maintenance, and therefore we may ship prior to the 10th (*if so, we will contact you prior to ensure you are available to receive the parcel).

Last postage:

• Our last day to send parts before Christmas will be December 23rd, 2022 (Friday), up until midday.

Orders should be received by Thursday the 22nd so they can ship by midday on the 23rd. Orders received after midday on the 23rd will be sent ship on the next business day which will be the 10th of Jan 2023 (although see notes above, we may ship sooner if possible).

Trade customers:

Because orders tend to all come at once at this time of year, please order enough inventory to replenish your stock to cover the year-end and New Year holidays by December 21st (before midday) to avoid any shortages.
