The year 2025 has been a challenging and busy one, and we sincerely thank all our retail and business customers, suppliers and manufacturers for your continued support! (& awesome products). We wish you a safe and enjoyable holiday season.
Due to the continuous heavy workload this year, we will be taking a much-needed break during week one of January 2026. Please review our holiday schedule carefully to ensure you receive your orders before Christmas and early January 2026.
*End-of-Year Business Hours and New Year Holidays (2025–2026)*
Christmas Break:
- Closed: Wednesday, December 24th, through Sunday, December 28th.
- Open: We will resume dispatching orders on Monday, December 29th & Tuesday the 30th.
- See below for closed New Years Dates.
New Year's Break: (limited postage during this break).
- Closed: From Thursday, January 1st, 2026, until Wednesday, January 7th.
- Limited Delivery Service: From Thursday 8th of Jan, until Wednesday, January 14th. *We will only be posting orders once or twice during this period (not everday).
- Full-Service Resumes: Thursday, January 15th, onwards.
- Note: Australia Day National holiday falls on Monday the 26th (closed).
Online Ordering and Dispatch:
Our website will remain open for ordering throughout this entire period.
- Orders received during the holiday closures (Christmas) will be shipped on the 29th or 30th.
- Orders received in the New Years holiday period, will ship as soon as possible, **but the service will be limited to every second or thrid day** (as mentioned above). Full service (daily postage) will resume work on January 15th 2026. Please allow several days for us to clear the backlog.
- Any inquiries made during our closure will be answered once we resume full work in 2026.
FAQ:
- Q: will it be possible to ship during this holiday period at all?
- A: There will be a limited service on days where we are organising the warehouse in preparation for 2026. See notes above regarding limited postage during N/Y period. If your order is urgent, let us know prior to ordering if in a hurry.
Last Postage Dates:
For guaranteed dispatch before we close for the holidays:
- Last Orders: Must be received by midday on Monday, December 22nd.
- Last Dispatch Day: Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, up until midday, so don't wait!
Orders received after midday on December 23rd will be shipped on our next business day: January 29th/30th Dec 2025. Then as listed above during week 1 & 2 of Jan 2026.

Important Note for Trade & Business Customers:
To avoid potential inventory shortages during the holiday season, we strongly recommend placing orders to replenish your stock by midday on Monday, December 21st at the very latest if you intend to trade through the holiday season!.
Contact During Closure:
During this holiday period, our phones will be switched off or diverted to messages only. If you have an urgent matter, please leave a detailed message. We will try to contact you as soon as possible if the matter is critical; otherwise, all issues will be addressed upon our return in 2026. Please note that we will be out of the country during some dates and may be unable to respond immediately. But will being running our limited delivery service during the first and second weeks of Jan.
