Product Overview
POSH 85mm 180km/h NEO Classic Speedometer. The POSH Neo-Classic matt black Speedometer has an early "Smith" style dial that is reminiscent of vintage / classic bikes of years gone by. With a diameter of 87 mm it is easy to read, but the size also fits well with classic cafe racer builds and custom builds. Back lighting uses a light bulb which can be replaced if ever needed. Suitable for 12 v use, but you may be able to change bulb to 6 v (or LED) if you have the correct wedge bulbs.
Body is Steel with Black coating, Trim (Rim) is Stainless Steel (polished). Gauge is fitted with a Odometer and Trip meter.
Ratio: Standard (K=1:4) or 60 km/1400 rpm, meaning it will conform to most early Japanese models using a M12 speedo cable. Also known to be compatible with certain Triumph models (Bonnie, Scrambler etc. that are fitted with cable drives and M12 fitting).

NOTE: The back light illumination is at a slightly lower level on this Speedo, (*when compared to the matching Tachometer which is slightly brighter). This is due to the slight difference of the internal construction, it is not a great difference but please note it prior to purchase.
FAQ:
- Q: Besides fitting many Japanese models, does this gauge fit my Triumph?
- A: If your Triumph was fitted with a mechanical gauge (with a cable) then this speedometer is fine for use with Triumph Bonneville / Scrambler / Thruxton carb and EFI (2000-2011 air-cooled) that were originally fitted with mechanical speedometer. Usually this is the situation up until 2009 and then EFI models changed to electrical gauges, for electric gauges see our VELONA range. You will need dash lights separately.
