DAYTONA REBEL1100/DCT, (21~22) AERO VISOR KIT, SMOKED / TINTED, 97018
The popular "Aero visor kit" is available as a dedicated REBEL1100/DCT kit. Offered here as a convienient bolt on kit. Buying the kit allows you to obtain all the required parts to assemble easily to your bike. The Aero Visor can be installed on custom builds for aesthetics, used as a gauge/meter cover, or simply to add wind protection while on longer rides or high speeds on the freeway.
Made of Japanese polycarbonate (approx.2 mm), it has high strength and high transparency, roughly 30 times better compared to the same thickness of acrylic. The screen is also impact resistant which gives you piece of mind against damage. Not only will you have added wind protection, but the visor allows owners to customise the front end of the bike easily without an over stated full cowl.

CONTENTS:
-> Includes: bracket set, tinted visor, screws, nuts, washers, fittings and an insulation strip for the top of the headlight. See images for details of the kit.
NOTES:
1. If the screen is installed after the stay is fixed to the motorcycle, it may be difficult to fit and that may stress the visor. Please temporarily fasten the screen to the stay and install it in a way that means the force to the visor is limited.
2. Do not stress the visor or bend unnecessarily. When tightening the screen and stay, be careful not to over-tighten, otherwise the screen may be damaged.
3. Do not use a water repellent that contains solvents in its ingredients, as this may cause cracking.
4. Also take care to not use cleaning products that have chemicals that can damage the visor and avoid abrasive cleaning products and applicators (don't remove bugs with a scotch brite type pad, clean off with warm water and a soft cloth!).
5. *Do not park the motorcycle in direct sunlight, as direct exposure to sunlight may cause damage to other components of the motorcycle due to the optical characteristics of the screen, which may focus the light on a small area depending on angle and intensity of the sun light. Its best to park in the shade or cover the screen.
ABOUT VISOR COLOUR:
The aero visor is made of 2mm thick polycarbonate, and the blast barrier is made of 3mm thick polycarbonate. The screen colour is the same, however, the colour of the Blast Barrier will be darker in images due to the difference in thickness.
